Can I put a monetary value on Thank You points?
Thank You points do not have a direct monetary value.
Each Thank You point is equivalent to 1¢ prepaid credit on CallEthiopia. The credit allows you to place international phone calls through CallEthiopia.
 
Where can I see how many Thank You points I have collected?
You can see how many Thank You points you have collected on the homepage of your account.
 
Is there a time limit on Thank You points?
Your Thank You points will never expire.
 
Can I transfer Thank You points to another account?
No. Thank You points cannot be transferred to other accounts.
 
Do I get Thank You points if I just tell a friend about you?
No. You need your friend to open an account using the referral code that you gave him/her in order to earn Thank You points. The points will appear in your account after the approval of your friend's first order. Please note that your friend has to open the account on the same website that you are using.
 
My referral Thank You points were not added. Why?
CallEthiopia checks the validity of all referral orders. A referral order will be deemed invalid if the order is placed by a customer that already exists in our database according to company criteria. The account details of the new customer must contain valid and unique information in order to be considered a new account.

Do I get Thank You points for the credit obtained from previous Thank You points?
No.
 
When can I convert my Thank You points to credit?
You can convert your points to credit as soon as you have accumulated the minimum amount of 1000 points, equivalent of $10 credit.
 
Are Thank You points and coupons cumulative?
No, you will not receive Thank You points for an order for which you've already used a discount or a bonus coupon.
Also, you will not receive Thank You points for telling your friends about us if they already used a coupon or they received a discount for their first order.
 
Are the Thank You program and the Affiliate program cumulative?
No. For each new customer either the Affiliate commission or the Thank You points program will be valid.
The Thank You program has priority over Affiliate.
